First Visit?

This is a large website containing a wealth of information about the Catalina 34 sailboat from the first boats built in 1986 through the current model.  If you are interested in finding out more about the C34, you've come to the right place.  Take your time, and peruse the pages of this site.  If you have questions, or want to see what others are saying about their C34s, check out the active message board.

If you already own a C34  register your boat in the C34 Owners Database, submit a profile, and while you're at it, tell us about your favorite C34 voyage. Tell us how you named your C34, and describe your upgrade projects. And most of all, please join the C34 International Association.

In addition to the quarterly magazine, the Mainsheet, and online access to 16 years of technical notes on the C34, you'll get a copy of our valuable CD.

The Catalina 34

The Catalina 34 has established an enviable reputation as a fast, stiff, and sturdily built cruising yacht. A great light-air performer with commodious accommodations for cruisers, the C34 is designed for coastal cruising--but that hasn't stopped several C34s from crossing oceans. An active owner community, an information-packed Web site, and a genuinely responsive manufacturer assure prospective C34 owners of outstanding support after purchase.
