We took Mayhem (1611) from Lake Ontario to the Bahamas
and back in the winter of 2004/5. We had several days of offshore
sailing - Freeport to Wilmington, NC - and experienced some large
waves and heavy wind out of the north going north in the Gulf Stream.
What an exciting time. Mayhem stood up really well and was very dry.
I'd take her back in an instant if the opportunity were to arise. |
